Yiann graduated from King’s College London with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017. She first commenced practice doing Litigation and handling family disputes, but decided to branch out to collective sales of properties. Thereafter, she was trained in Conveyancing in a firm recognised as one of the top conveyancing firms in Singapore.

She currently oversees a wide range of conveyancing matters including private, HDB and commercial properties and their sale, purchase, mortgage, refinancing, transfer, amongst others. She has assisted clients in making court applications relating to property, handled mortgagee sales, and has acted for financial institutions, private companies and CPF Board.

Yiann takes a keen interest in property transactions and always strives to value-add to every client who walks through the firm’s doors by making sure they have a clear picture of their legal liabilities and how to plan for their own or their family’s needs.
