Mr Joey Ang is a graduate of the University of Birmingham, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with Second Class Honours (Upper Division). He was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2021.

He serves as a Legal Associate in the Conveyancing Department of the firm. In this capacity, he provides legal advice and assistance to both individual and corporate clients on a broad spectrum of real estate matters. His past experiences encompass the sale and purchase of both completed properties and those under construction, part-share transfers, mortgagee sales, as well as various financing-related transactions, including refinancing, redemption, and mortgage arrangements.

In addition to advising clients, Joey has acted for several major financial institutions in the preparation and execution of security documentation pertaining to mortgage, redemption, and refinancing transactions. His experience in handling such matters has equipped him with a solid understanding of the intricacies involved in property financing and the legal frameworks that underpin these transactions.
