 A few Notable cases

• Represented a man for double murder and managed to successfully secure a reduction of the murder charges to culpable homicide charges. The man was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment with no caning.

• Represented a man who was charged with criminal misappropriation of a handphone worth more than S$1,000.00. Mr Razeen managed to get the man off prison term and secured a low fine payment in the sum of S$2,000.00.

• Represented a young lady in annulment proceedings against her husband, who is a transgender male. The husband disputed the annulment and alleged that the marriage was consummated. Mr Razeen managed to successfully obtain the nullity of the marriage for the client and secured an uplift in the indirect contribution to the matrimonial property although the marriage was a short one.
