Commissioner for Oaths

You would require the services of a Commissioner for Oath Services to administer oaths/affirmations of affidavits to be used in Singapore court proceedings, or statutory declarations to be used in Singapore.

Our Commissioner for Oath Services:

  • Administer oaths or affirmation for taking any affidavit
  • Administer oaths or affirmation for swearing executors and administrators;
  • Take and receive statutory declarations.

Charges:

As per Part II of the Schedule to the Commissioner for Oath Rules, these are the fees chargeable:
